The small print.

These booking terms apply to direct stays at Otto's Barn made through this website. Bookings placed via Holiday Cottages are governed by their own terms and conditions.

1. The Booking Contract

A contract is formed once we confirm your booking in writing and receive the required deposit. Please read your confirmation carefully.

2. Payments

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than eight weeks before arrival will receive a refund of any monies paid, less the deposit. Later cancellations may not be refunded — we recommend travel insurance.

4. Dogs

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property and must be kept off beds and soft furnishings.

5. Hot Tub

The hot tub is provided for the enjoyment of guests. Children must be supervised at all times. Do not use the hot tub under the influence of alcohol.
